The BBC has announced the transmission details of the forthcoming comedy drama Decline And Fall, based on the Evelyn Waugh novel.
The three-part series, starring Jack Whitehall. Eva Longoria and David Suchet will air on March 31, April 7 & April 14.
Whitehall plays Paul Pennyfeather, who is wrongly expelled from Oxford for indecent exposure after falling victim to a prank carried out by the notorious Bollinger Club. Pennyfeather goes to work in a Welsh school and falls for Eva Longoria’s Margot Beste-Chetwynde.
Decline And Fall premieres on BBC One on Friday 31st March at 9pm
