Comedian Daniel Sloss' current run of live US dates is set to reach Washington this weekend, coinciding with the inauguration of Donald Trump as 45th President of the USA.
He – Sloss, not Trump – plays Drafthouse Comedy from Thursday to Saturday supported by Eric Lampaert. Tickets for the show can be purchased here.
In the past Sloss' political observations have prompted angry responses as well as laughs. He had a gun waved at him several years ago in a Red State for his liberal views. The incident ended up as a comedy routine.
Sloss is also making waves on American television. He makes his seventh appearance on Conan on Monday 23rd January - he already held the record at six appearances.
