The South Park team had to do a quick rewrite of their latest episode due to the shock election result.

The latest episode, which went out last night on Comedy Central in America, was due to be called The Very First Gentlemen and creators Matt Parker and Trey Stone had started on it before the vote on the assumption that Hillary Clinton would become the first female president of the USA this week. 

Instead the topical show was reworked and retitled "Oh, Jeez" – a familiar phrase in the show which also reflects a lot of people's feelings at the moment.
