News: Scot Squad, Two Doors Down & Mrs Brown's Boys Up For Scottish Baftas

Scot Squad, Two Doors Down & Mrs Brown's Boys have been nominated for Best Comedy/Entertainment in the British Academy Scotland Awards.

Scot Squad was made by The Comedy Unit/BBC Scotland, Two Doors Down was made by BBC Studios/BBC Two and the Christmas Special of Mrs Brown's Boys was made by BBC Studios, BOC PIX and RTE/BBC One.

The awards will be presented at this year’s ceremony, hosted by Edith Bowman, on Sunday 6 November at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow.

BAFTA Scotland has been championing the country’s film, television and game industries since 1989, celebrating and rewarding excellence through its annual British Academy Scotland Awards and BAFTA Scotland New Talent Awards. BAFTA Scotland is at the core of Scotland’s screen industries, regularly engaging its members and the wider industry while reaching out to the public via a comprehensive range of screenings, educational events and masterclasses.
