News: Comedian Complains About Being Mistaken For Crimewatch Suspect

Comedian Paul Chowdhry has complained about people messaging him saying that he looks like a suspect featured on the first edition of the new series of Crimewatch on BBC1 last night.

The stand-up, who is due to appear in the next series of Taskmaster on Dave, shared a picture on Facebook of his face next to freezeframe of a still from the programme of the suspect in the RAF Marham abduction case issued by Norfolk Police.

The story has also appeared on the Mirror's website. When Chowdhry saw this he responded by tweeting: "Which one of you bastards went to the press?"

He told the Mirror: "If you want to be mistaken for someone it'd probably be Brad Pitt, David Beckham or Johnny Depp."
