The TLC programme If Katie Hopkins Ruled The World has been axed after one series. The first edition, which was broadcast over the summer, attracted 69,000 viewers.
According to a story in The Guardian, Hopkins and staff have been told there are no plans for the programme to return, although she due to appear in another programme for TLC in January about how she purposely put on weight and then lost it.
A number of comedians were invited to appear on the programme, in which Hopkins discussed provocative issues such as should fat people pay extra when travelling on aeroplanes. Some stand-ups, such as Richard Herring, declined. Bobby Mair appeared and then famously donated his fee to charities that he thought Hopkins would not approve of.
Hopkins has recently been in the news thanks to Donald Trump thanking her for supporting him on Twitter.
