Simon Bird, Jonny Sweet and acclaimed comedy producer Spencer Millman are the partners in ambitious new production company Guilty Party.

The company will be partly owned by major French producers StudioCanal. who will have a 25% stake in Guilty Party and will also handle worldwide distribution. The new company will operate under the creative supervision of RED founder Nicola Shindler. StudioCanal also has a major stake in Red. 

Millman is the former producer of, among other hits, Harry Hill's TV Burp. Inbetweeners star Bird and star of new BBC3 comedy Together Sweet appeared alongside each other in Sky's WW1 comedy Chickens (pictured) and were Cambridge contemporaries.
