Comedian Adam Buxton’s debut album ‘Buckle Up’ is out today (Friday 12th September 2025), via Decca Records, both digitally and on vinyl / CD. You can stream the album or purchase a copy of the record here.
There will be an already sold-out album launch event at London’s Rough Trade East next Wednesday 17th September.
Included on the album is Buxton’s third single release, also out today - ‘Dancing In The Middle’. The Devo-ish track, produced like much of the album by Metronomy’s Joe Mount, is Buxton’s take on intent polarisation. “I recently saw a journalist refer to people who believe in the value of compromise as ‘The Far Centre’” he explains. “Radicalism can be useful, but I don’t think politeness is the worst thing in the world.”
You can listen to ‘Dancing In The Middle’ here, and watch the accompanying music video, created by Cyriak below.
