The guests answering Richard Osman's quirky questions this week are Gethin Jones, Tiff Stevenson, Kate Thornton and Gary Wilmot.
Comedy fans will know stand-up comedian Tiff Stevenson from her appearances on shows such as Mock The Week. She is part of the generation of forthright female comedians that includes Sara Pascoe, Katherine Ryan and Aisling Bea.
Her last solo show was entitled Sexy Brain and received rave reviews when she performed it at the Edinburgh Fringe and on tour. , including venues such as London’s Soho Theatre. Living with self-diagnosed ADHD, Tiff’s talked about her her brain tried to see all sides of every argument, whilst also driving her slowly mad in the process. She explored how her unique thinking works with everything from the use of the term ‘Karen’, growing older, being late for meetings (even Zoom ones), destroying romantic moments, to the bizarre correlation between waxing and grey squirrels. Tiff brings a fresh perspective on a condition that can often be seen as a weakness, and how for her at least, it can be an almighty strength.
Hopefully her brain will also help her in this House of Games Redemption week when previous losers on the show compete to become winner.
Tiff Stevenson has played to audiences worldwide, as well as become an online sensation with over 40 million views and counting for her viral series Men She Wrote, satirising male authors who write women badly.
On TV Tiff has guested on shows such as Mock The Week (BBC Two), 8 Out of 10 Cats (Channel 4), Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC Two), As Yet Untitled (Dave), Drunk History (Comedy Central), and The Apprentice: You’re Fired (BBC One).
