Shooting Starts On Sequel To Kemp Mockumentary All True

Shooting has started on a sequel to The Kemps: All True with Rhys Thomas OBE, the spoof documentary charting the ups and downs of Gary and Martin Kemp, the brothers who formed Spandau Ballet and went on to global stardom.

Rhys Thomas, who directed and wrote the first instalment is back on board for The Kemps II, with additional material from Lucy Montgomery.

Thomas, a big fan of chocolate mousse, has recently had success with the children's TV series Dodger, which stars Christopher Eccleston. Eccleston also appeared in All True, though it has not been confirmed if he will appear in the sequel.

When the original documentary went out it was compared to the recent documentary about Bros, but the people behind All True said that their documentary had been in the pipeline for some time and this was all a coincidence.

The Kemps: All True is available to view on BBC iPlayer https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p087qvkf/the-kemps-all-true
