Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer spend their Sunday morning chatting and cooking with another mixed menu of guests this week. There's boy band Blue who have got back together again, Nick Grimshaw, who is on the promotional trail to talk about his new autobiography Soft Lad. Plus Dictionary Corner legend Susie Dent, Rakie Ayola who stars in BBC drama The Pact, and Gangs of London star Sope Dirisu. Plus guest chef Angela Hartnett, OBE.

Now if that isn't an eclectic line-up I don't know what is. Nick Grimshaw has been on various programmes this week talking about partying hard, growing up in the north west, loving music and eventually landing his dream job of presenting the Breakfast Show on BBC Radio One.

Grimshaw currently also hosts a podcast with Angela Hartnett. In Dish Grimshaw and Hartnett invite listeners to pull up a seat at the table for delicious food, drink, and unfiltered chats. While Michelin star chef Angela cooks and serves incredible dishes Grimmy (who put his novice cooking skills to the test on The Great British Bake Off last year) serves the drinks and interviews their special guests. Sope Dirisu is an acting hot star.  In Gangs of London he plays Elliot Finch, an undercover policeman who infiltrates a crime syndicate in the capital with dramatic consequences. He also starred in Mr. Malcolm’s List, a frothy Jane Austen-inspired comedy of errors. Gangs is gritty, violent and very watchable.

Susie Dent has made her name as the Countdown boffin, the Carol Vorderman of words, who always comes up with the most unexpected solutions to the puzzles. She's also very good on the spin-off 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and is very smart on Twitter, often posting unusual words thst reflect what is going on in British politics.
