US comedian Fred Armisen is to appear on the London stage later this month.
The Saturday Night Live favourite and co-creator of comedy sketch show Portlandia, brings his stand-up show ‘Comedy for Musicians But Everyone is Welcome’ to the UK for a one-off performance at Village Underground this April. The new show was born out of his ‘Standup for Drummers’ show and is an observational sound check of the woeful life of a musician and more…
Armisen recently appeared in the BBC series Toast of Hollywood alongside Matt Berry as the mysterious Russ Nightlife. He also appears as a hapless film director in the new movie The Bubble, now streaming on Netflix.
Fred Armisen is at the Village Underground on April 24. Buy tickets here.
