News: Tape Face Slams Tape Face "Rip-Off"

The Boy With Tape On His Face has slammed a performer for copying the act that he performed to huge acclaim on his America's Got Talent audition in May.

After posting the clip linked below on YouTube, Tape Face has tweeted the following: "Contacted the act, turns out he was paid by the TV show. In this situation don't shoot the messenger. He was used."

In the clip, Tape Face, alias Sam Wills, has put the two performances side by side to show the similarities. One is of him on America's Got Talent on May 29, the caption on the other clip says that it is a performer called Lukkas on the Joao Kleber Show on June 12.

In his performance, broadcast on Brazilian television, Lukkas does the same "oven gloves" routine as Tape Face and follows it with the same solo dance with a red dress routine. The latter routine has been done before Tape Face did it by various performers, but not exactly like this with Chris De Burgh's Lady In Red playing in the background. Lukkas also sports black tape on his mouth and a satchel and wears a black and white outfit. Even the facial expressions are similar.
