Richard Osman's House Of Games Line-Up This Week

Two fantastic comedians join the House of Games roll call this week, with Suzi Ruffell and Darren Harriott up against Radzi Chinyanganya and legendary Blue Peter presenter (and Sophie Ellis Bextor's mum) Janet Ellis.

Midlands comedian Darren Harriott is rapidly becoming a TV regular. His TV credits include Love Island, AftersunBritain’s Best Takeaway with Sara Cox, British as Folk, host of Live at the Apollo and Dog Ate My Homework, team captain on Guessable and series regular on Don’t Hate the Playaz and is about to appear as one of the cointestants on ITV1's Dancing On Ice, which should be fun as he says that he can't skate or dance. He also has a very interesting past. You can read more about that here.

He also recently launched a podcast with fellow comedian Eshaan Akbar. In Shame is Delicious the pair of friends/enemies (topic very much dependant) delight in their own shame, that of others and the lives and decisions of the truly shameless.

Suzi Ruffell also has a lot going on in her life at the moment. She recently moved to Brighton and became a parent and is currently on tour with her latest show, Snappy. Click here for dates. Ruffell, from Portsmouth, is a brilliant honest, soul-bearing comic and also a great physical comedian. You haven't lived until you've seen her act out what happened during a cervical smear test.

Ruffell has also recently returned from filming a hush hush project with fellow Brighton icon Maisie Adam so you will definitely be seeing more of her on the screen. It will be interesting to see how she gets on with the word games on House of Games as she is dyslexic. She tweeted a while back: "Some days my dyslexia is so bad it looks like the first clue in an escape room."

Richard Osman's House of Games, Monday, October 24 - Friday, October 27, 6pm, BBC Two.
