The first trailer has been released to promote the forthcoming film about legendary comedians Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy, played by Steve Coogan and John C Reilly.

The film fllws the duo on their farewell tour of the UK and Ireland in 1953 and has been written by Jeff Pope, who wrote 2013's Oscar-nominated Philomena with Coogan.

Stan and Ollie will close the BFI London Film Festival on 21 October and will be released on January 11, 2019.
