Controversial US comedian Doug Stanhope is returning to the UK later this year. Tickets have gone on pre-sale today for a one-off date at the Eventim Apollo on October 10. 

This will be the comic's first UK shows since 2012. It has also recently been confirmed that he is writing his memoirs for the American publisher Da Capo.
